Frequently Asked Questions...

Check in / Out?

We kindly ask that you check in after 4pm and check out by 11am on the day of your departure to allow cleaning staff in. However, we are extremely flexible if we have no other guests arriving on the same day. We will send you a guide book a few days before your arrival with all the codes on how to get into the house.

Will I need a car?

Yes, we have 1 restaurant in walking distance and there is a bus stop within a 1 minute walk but they are not frequent. A taxi to Carcassone will cost approx €45

Are towels and sheets provided?

Yes towels, sheets, pillows, blankets ect are all provided.

Are there Supermarkets near by?

Yes, Super U is an 8 min drive from the house and the bigger supermarkets are 10-15 min drive. There is also a Boulangerie at the Super U and you can also charge your car there. 

Do you provide car charging?

Not at the moment unfortunately.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes, we charge an extra €10 per day to bring your pet as there is more cleaning involved and we do ask you clean up outside after your dog. The grounds are safely enclosed, so your dog won’t be able to get out. 

Is parking available?

Yes, parking is available on the property free of charge for up to 4 cars. 

Can I bring small Children?

Yes you can bring children but we have no gate around the pool and they would need to be supervised at all times.  The Pool is 1.5m deep, there is an alarm on the pool and needs to be turned off every time you use it. We do not provide cots / changing facilities ect

Is the pool heated?

Yes the pool is heated but it's harder to reach the desired temperature when the air temperature is cooler.
